If you are currently a Real Estate One Associate and would like us to directly deposit your referral monies into your banking account, please complete this direct deposit form and send it to dshay@realestateone.com. The form also has some information and a FAQ about Direct Deposit.
The agreement signed when you joined Real Estate One Associates states the following: “Referral Associate shall not list, sell or show properties, nor engage in any other activity which might be construed to require membership in a local Board of Realtors or Multiple Listing Service.” You may hold an open house for another Real Estate One Family of Companies’ agent; however, you may not perform any other activity that would require MLS or NAR membership and involve working with another broker or agent outside of our company. Since REO Associates are not covered under our Errors and Omissions Insurance and are not members of the MLS, activities are greatly limited.

We can help you find the most qualified agent to help you with your real estate needs. Because we are part of this network, you can expect the same level of service whether you are moving out of the area or staying in the area. I, along with our client services department, will stay involved to make sure you are happy with the agent and service you are receiving. There will be no obligation or fee for this service. This personal introduction guarantees that you will have another partner and advocate who will personally work for your best interests along the way. Can I put you in touch with one of my colleagues?”
