Real Estate One Associates (REOA) provides real estate salespeople with a place to store their license when they choose to take a break from working as active Realtors® and for those who choose to wind down their career without giving up their license. Real Estate One Associates can keep their real estate license current each year at a very low-cost.
As a member of REOA, you are eligible for benefits that are offered by Real Estate One. Just think… you could earn additional money, receive discounts on services, attend a few classes, hold open houses on behalf of a listing agent, order your own referral business cards, and renew your license at a discount.

– Earn Extra Money – Who do you know that has a need for real estate services? Check with your past clients, friends and/or family to see if you can be of service to them. Contact your referral coordinator by clicking on Referrals on the menu for more information.

– Discounts on Services – You can participate in our discount programs with Dell and Verizon.
– Real Estate One Academy – Are you curious about the current real estate market, short sales, foreclosures and rentals? Register for one of our classes and be ‘in the know’. Even though you are not active in the market, satisfy your curiosity and join us for a session. You can fulfill your annual continuing education requirement while you are learning from one of the best real estate schools in the state. Visit www.reoacademy.com for a list of classes.
– Do we have a home listed for sale in your neighborhood? If so, offer to hold it open for the listing agent. As an agent’s assistant, you may generate contacts for future referral opportunities.
– Network with Business Cards – We offer professional business cards for REO Associates at a reasonable cost. Pass them out to your neighbors, friends and even to your homeowner’s association to remind them to call you for their residential real estate needs.
