- $75.00 Annual Membership Fee credited in year following any closed referrals. Give a referral and after the referral closes you get free membership the following year!
- Con Ed included from the Real Estate One Academy
- Associate receives 70% of any referral commission received by Broker and 80% once $1 million in annual referral volume is attained!
- Approximate referral fee at 25% based on a $200,000 sale is $1,050.
General Information…
- The membership fee will be adjusted if an agent transfers into the holding company mid-year.
- Licensed Associates that work for other active agents as assistants are responsible for paying the annual membership fee.
